I had an experience much like the woman posting below. They weren't able to map the property line correctly on the day they came, and said they needed to verify some documents with the county.
I followed up with Boundary Zone after not hearing back, and was promised they would be there the following week. They never showed. Contacted them numerous times, and eventually gave up and went with another company.
Boundary Zone then billed me for the survey, and when I refused to pay, put it on my credit report.
It's one thing if a company cannot complete a survey - things happen. But it's another issue altogether if they then bill a customer and take no accountability for not delivering what you've paid them for and then try to damage your credit.
Stay away from this company.

Will harass you for payment before work is completed. Threaten Liens on your property. RUN!

FRAUDS!! Never received my survey but was charged, and they've attempted to put it on my credit history. Much like the man who left a review that he had a LIEN put on his property. The company that they use as collections has been very helpful in clearing it up. I had to file a police report for fraud, and now am working with them to get it removed. They won't get a dime from me for work they never did. Find a better company, that won't try to compromise your credit history. And from the looks of the other reviews their work isn't that great anyway. We ended up going with Survey Land Express, GREAT CHOICE!

Horrible experience. Could not accurately stake my property line. Went back and forth with them for weeks, before they eventually told me they were only able to 'estimate' the property line because they could not find updated county records.
The outline they did give me was clearly incorrect and I had to hire a different survey company to do the job correctly, that was *somehow* able to find the proper county records.
There is a reason why they are less expensive and readily available versus other survey companies that have a back log of 2-3 weeks.
You get what you pay for. It's worth it to pay the few extra hundred dollars once to have your property survey done correctly.

Terrible survey 'completed' on my Midtown home. They were not able to complete the survey and then charged me for the full survey. When I refused to pay for the survey (as they didn't deliver anything I could actually use), they put a lien on my property and added a $300 fee.
The lien gets placed in the courthouse in their OTP office (Suwannee, if I remember correctly) so if you want to bring them to small claims court over it, you have to go to that courthouse. This is, of course, probably by design because filing in Suwanee makes it a hassle for in town residents to countersue and they say they have an office on Peachtree.
It was not worth the additional aggravation of having to drive an hour away to pursue it so I reluctantly moved on. I did have my lawyer contact them, which was the only way to get their receptionist to respond to my questions. Otherwise, they went radio silent and refused to answer my calls or emails.
Lesson learned. Use a business that can get the job done properly, and is not a total racket. Stay far away from this 'business'.
