Absolute worst service possible. Avoid.

I had to write a review specifically for Audrey--the sweetest bank teller I have ever met. My morning was already stressful, but she listened to my problems and made me feel so much better about it ON TOP OF providing quick and professional service. The branch has reopened and the staff are all lovely! Thank you, Audrey!

The most unprofessional Wells Fargo branch I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone but remain appointment only. Theres also never any money in the ATM, EVER. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Save yourself a headache, and use a different branch. This one is not it

Went to deposit some cash. Teller DID NOT count it herself first infront of me. After some shuffling behind the counter (which I cant see). The amount on the pin pad was about $900 off from the amount I gave her. When I said I gave her *** amount, she said the amount is what the money counter counted. I requested a recount and turns out I was right. No apologies, assurance or anything. I left feeling very uneasy and untrusting of the branch. My receipt shows only 100 bills not other types of bills so it leaves alot of uncertainty. Also she just printed it out. Did not ask if I would like it emailed to my personal or bank email as well. The money I gave could be more or less. Please make sure your staff is trained to follow standard procedures.

They absolutely refuse to answer the phone, will pick up and hang up.
