        I lost my card and came to this Bank since this was near to me. I asked for replacement card and when I replaced my card I was supposed to get a temporary card but the front assistant didnt bother to help. I replaced my card on my phone bank, by my self without any help from the bank. I also tried to apply for credit card but it was useless because they said only appointment when there was no costumer inside. I would give it a zero star if there was!!!!

        After Hours deposit at ATM is CONSISTENTLY OUT OF ORDER!! Unable to make cash deposits at the atm on most days after the bank closes. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I've lived near this location for almost 5 years. In the last few years, this issue at this bank has been terrible. I once spoke with the manager about the matter and he said it was due to other people putting coins in the deposit mechanism......which is so sad. That there are people in this world with such a lack intelligence or respect. The manger said the matter would be resolved and the machine would be fixed. And it was - for a little while. However its back to not working. And in addition to this review, I've sent out a formal complaint to Wells Fargo. Hopefully something will change. Besides that being an issue, the staff, and the other services of this location are just fine.
