Vonnie ONeal assisted me with closing an account, and the experience was pleasant. We had a great conversation, and I never felt rushed with her although other customers were waiting for a banker.

This location closes at Noon but they closed the lobby early as it's 11:30. A rep was waiting at the door to let you know you cannot enter. Short staff and there are arrivals after me being turned away. Major inconvenience!! I rarely cone to the bank and their drive through had 3-4 lanes open but wouldn't accommodate cashiers checks or wire. Wells Fargo where is your service???

Booked an appointment online for wire transfer and was quickly assisted. Vonnie Neal helped me do the wire transfer and she was so helpful and great customer service.

Awful, awful AWFUL! Stood in line for over 40 minutes. They weren't that busy and as a line started to really form, I swear all the tellers went on break. What an actual joke this place is. They all work like sloths and even if there is more than one person working, they can't seem to help more than one person at a time. It's absolutely ridiculous.
