Garbage. Avoid at all cost. Low availability. Concierge has changed on me at least 3 times in a few years. False hope and promises. Offer more lip service than actual results.

This is a well managed fund of homes. The service is excellent and it has been a great investment for me and my family. I highly recommend Equity Estates Fund. We love it!

Better than I expected! Invested in 2015 and have enjoyed so many great destinations and all properties are in great locations and properties well maintained. Concierge team very helpful with planning activities to make our vacations memorable!

We have been members since March 2013. I brought my wife in as a bit of a skeptic. Two months into it we took our first trip, which was the property in the Turks. Within hours of being on property she was hooked. This place, as are all the places we've been, is incredible! All the properties are first class, the preparation and attention to detail before every trip from our personal concierge is customized to our interests. By the time we show up everything is ready to go and the vacation can begin immediately. Booking properties is effortless and simple. The people are great to work with and every location has been amazing. We have used for family vacations, entertaining customers and as reward trips for employees. Properties range in size from 2 BR condos in large metropolitan cities (NYC and Chicago) to sprawling 4-6 BR compounds ranging from 4,500 to over 9,000SF (San Diego, Turks, Hilton Head, Maui and Dominican just to name a few). A great investment that we have thoroughly enjoyed the past 3-1/2 years!

I honestly let my husband handle all of our investment decisions but when he told me about Equity Estates, I was instantly intrigued and wanted to know more. I LOVE travel and Equity Estates allows us to get my travel fix in while enjoying amazing family vacations and quality vacations alone with my husband! And, the fact that it is an investment is an added bonus! Equity Estates was one of the best financial and personal decisions we have ever made. We have traveled to Cabo San Lucas, Maui, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos, Watersound, FL and Hilton Head, SC. Every trip surpassed my every dream of what a vacation should be like. It starts with a great relationship with my personal concierge who helps answer any pre-trip questions and goes over the area and activities and assists with the grocery list I provide. We get a printed itinerary with information on the property and our local host info. When we arrive, our groceries are already there waiting for us. If we have never been to a property before, the local host is there to greet us and walk us through the property and explain things we would need to know. They are always there to suggest restaurant or shopping locations and activities. If during the trip we need assistance in any way, help is literally a phonecall or text away and I always feel like they quickly resolve all my questions. Equity Estates is a dream come true. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about it in hopes that they can also enjoy what I enjoy. As soon as I come home from a trip, I truly look forward to planning my next trip and always look forward to new properties opening up for us to enjoy. Best investment ever with the best company ever! I can't say enough!
