AHF taking over was the worst thing to ever happen to this clinic. The nursing staff is rude, the providers dont take the time to listen and connect with you, and their in-house pharmacy is extremely disorganized. I will be finding another PCP.

I concur with the others who have said that this office has changed since Dr. Gurley retired. I call to get prescriptions refilled and receive no response, call again and still no response. My pharmacy calls to ask to refill my prescriptions and even they get no response. Seems like very few of the people I have interacted with for nearly 20 years at this practice have also lefta severe indication that things are not going well there.

I hate to agree with the recent negative reviews, but the level of service and patient care have really gone down since AHF took over the practice. They don't answer patient portal messages, and I had to make several phone calls over the span of a few days just to get something as simple as a prescription refill. The staff will say that a prescription has been sent off to be filled, but the pharmacy they supposedly sent it to won't have it. I ended up having to call the office WITH my pharmacy on the other line just to make sure my refill was sent off. Such a shame to see the amazing practice Dr. Gurley built turn into this.

Would not recommend any longer.. Have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. Since AHF took over after Dr. Gurley's retirement, the service, responsiveness, handling of information, and general care for patients has been pretty terrible. It's very corporate and they've lost the sense of community and personal connection with patients.

The change is significant and extremely disappointing; a humongous paradigm shift with the transition from Dr. Gurley and his private practice to the more corporate, community clinic model currently providing. Maybe it's just a transitional hickup... I found Elysium... Everything that Dr. G's used to be and more.
