Anthony Edwards: Allstate Insurance

Office managers run the office. Anthony has no involvement in my experience. I called Allstate and demanded to switch me to a more hands on agent.

Their overall responsiveness has been extremely satisfactory. Considering I don't change policies or add on products I do not make contact with the agency much. But when I do, it feels like we chat all the time. It's as if they acknowledge the length of time I've been a client. That is something I sincerely appreciate.

Anthony and Claudia have been amazing to work with. They make bill pay easy, are very responsive and ensure that they can provide the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend you chose Anthony if you are looking for insurance or already have Allstate but would like to switch agents. I can guarantee Anthony and Claudia are taking the phrase in good hands a step further to put their customer in great hands and *cues Bill Withers* in grandmas hands when it comes to good, comforting customer service.
