Resto and Andrew did a great job replacing my furnace. They were clean, professional and informative. I was told by the salesman they would be here at 8 but they didn’t arrive until 10:30 which was probably not their fault. They worked through lunch so please do buy them a nice lunch!

William came to my house today for a winter check up, and to trouble-shoot my non working downstairs heating system. He showed up promptly (and even early), quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided me two repair options. At first it appeared I would have to wait until the following week for a repair. I was surprised to see him out in his in his truck making some calls following the initial diagnosis. He then returned to my front door and gave me some very good news. He was able to locate the replacement parts locally and asked if I world be home for the rest of the afternoon. Please keep in mind this was a Friday afternoon. I replied yes and he then he told me his plan. He would run over to the supplier and return with the parts later that same day. He had everything installed and working in an hour. I can't say enough about his professionalism! And I was so glad I didn't have to take another day off and had heat for the weekend. Byron Solares came to do a spot check on my units, and found several issues early, so I can plan ahead and not spend a fortune when things break later (hey, they don’t last forever). He documented everything well and took the time to go over several options with me. Glad this company is around, and Byron especially was thorough and patient.
