As far as the over all finishing of the job criteria is...It is done very well and precise, but depending on who is over the job, ( a Mr.J.R) it seems to cost a little more than originally estimated and for the most part it is never finished when the contract says it is suppose to be. One of the biggest reason I can see for that is the "Foremen and/or Supervisor over these certain jobs... seems to always be missing in action (AKA if look i'm sure one can find him duct off some where talking on the phone.) then when it comes down to the NITTY- GRITTY of getting the job finished on time. He will, for a lack of better words, demand that his laborers work HARDER & LONGER just to save face with his BOSS and whom ever the work is being done for.*AND ON A TIP TOP NOTE* He will not give the well earned credit where it is due, he just takes ALL FOR HIMSELF.!!! In my experience of being in construction work type; the CREW is not made up of only ONE person... It is a team effort. (Believe it or not just a SIMPLE, "Hey man I truly do appreciate all of you helping me out, and picking up some of my SLACK!!!") If your reading this, and you know who you are, then, Hey take a step back and look at the bigger picture... with out your helpers your jobs would never get finished... and YOU would be out on your BUTT and all alone with no one to place the blame on!!! So PLEASE, stop and at least say thank you to those in your crew, cause with out them... YOU "MISTER U KNOW WHO U R" would more than likely be out of a job. THANK U
