Complete Heating & Air Conditioning

No shows to appts without notification. Careless work. INSTALLED MY HVAC IMPROPERLY (documented by another HVAC company) and now have been ignoring my calls for >1 week! No longer at 4780 Bakers Ferry Road SW moved out early 2022 or late 2021 according to the business next door.

They were late about scheduling service, did not come through when they said they would, came 2 hrs late not wearing masks and when I told them they could buy a mask at the gas station insisted that they would have to reschedule. When they did reschedule (they should have just bought the mask) they would not work with my schedule. Customer service ignored my complaints. One woman was helpful and understanding but unfortunately she was powerless to remedy the situation. I do not recommend them Service: Heating system repair

God aweful. Never on time. Didnt have the right tools for the job the first time. Didnt show up at all the first appointment. You'd have better luck going to HVAC school yourself to fix whatever issues you may be having.

Good luck with making an appointment that they actually keep. They have called me to schedule several appointments and they do not show. They will call the next day or a couple of days later to reschedule and then not show again. Terrible company!
