Busy B’s Cleaning

My roommate and I scheduled Busy B's Cleaners for a move-out apartment cleaning the morning of our move out day. We scheduled the appointment three days prior to the move out day and were told that the cleaner(s) would arrive at 11AM with all necessary supplies. On the day of the appointment, the cleaners never showed, nor did they reach out to us about cancelling the appointment. When my roommate and I tried to call/text Busy B's on the day of the appointment, we were either ignored, sent straight to voicemail, or (twice) blatantly hung up on once we explained why we were calling. We left a couple voicemails, but did not receive return calls. Unfortunately, as our apartment complex requires professional cleaning upon move out and because we were unable to schedule another service at the last minute, this will likely cost us our security deposit. I’m leave this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to someone else.
