Children's Emergency

Staff are friendly and seemed knowledgeable here. Two stars for the following reasons. I came in the morning. By 3pm they knew they wanted to discharge, I am sitting here now still 3 hours later waiting for a doctor to come and take the IV out of my 9 y/o son so we can go home. Staff at the hospital, if you're reading this ----> the chair in Exam room 12 Pod A is so squeaky you can hear it all the way down the hall with the door closed. Not a nice way to spend the day. When they asked me how the stay was I demonstrated the grinding screech the chair makes. The response was "Everyone complains about that - it's been like that forever, we can't get anyone to fix it". Such a small, inexpensive thing you can do make your clients' days a LOT better. I imagine so many sick kids coming through here and 5 minutes with a little grease would alleviate the added stress of constant grinding for hours while they sit around doing nothing.
