John has done trouble shooting & repairs, added additional vent/register for a room that would not cool properly [you would be shocked what a difference this made], and installed an entirely new system including all the duct work. He is on-time, leaves a clean work area (even on the big job that took more than one day), and is competitively priced. I was shocked when I went to write a review and noticed that someone had given John a negative review! I have used him for both my personal property, my rental properties and my commercial property out of state. He has ALWAYS gone the extra mile and gotten the correct system based on the space. If there ever was a glitch he made it right with no hesitation. He services all our units and I could not be any happier. I never felt like he tried to sell us anything we did not need. If anything, he always tried to give us what worked best within our budget for the specific project. He used Carrier for the commercial project and Daiken for the residential. Excellent products!

The most fair and thorough hvac contractor I have ever used, and as knowledgeable as anyone in the business. John Luchetti has installed new systems and repaired existing ones for us over the last 6 years.
