I am very pleased with the system Automate House put together in my home! I can monitor everything remotely from the convenience of my phone with multi-camera access and 7x24 alerts providing peace of mind when I am away from the house. Installation was fast and convenient. Best of all the system is easy to use and there are no reoccuring monthly fees.

At first I was a little skeptical of the value of home automation, it seemed a little pointless and gimmicky. "My lights turn on automatically? Big deal!" I thought. After everything was installed and working, it turns out it *is* a big deal! The Automate House folks were able to set up my house such that my house does a whole slew of things for me without thinking about it: * If we stay out late, the inside and outside lights come on right before we come home. * Our heater and A/C adjust themselves in the morning and evening. * When the dogs want out at night the lights turn on when we go down the stairs to let them out, and then turn themselves off when we come back inside. * Our phones let us know if something unusual is going on when we're away. ...and the list of little conveniences goes on and on. Very quickly all the conveniences add up and your home becomes that much more comfortable. However installing and configuring all this stuff is not for the faint of heart. The technology can be tricky and bizarre, the unexpected is the norm, and it takes experience to make things go smoothly. This is where Automate House comes in - they know how all the technology works, how best to set things up. They get everything installed and configured, explain how it works, make sure you're comfortable and that your expectations are met, and then leave things neat and clean. If there's ever an issue they provide quick support. They use industry standard hardware and software and never try to sell you proprietary products to lock you in. Automate House are smart, conscientious, ethical, and work very hard to provide the best possible experience with home automation. We look forward to adding more features and functions to our home, and will definitely be calling Automate House back for their expertise!
