This builder has no integrity, honesty they lack communication and do not stand by their words but rather lies open lies. Ill be back with step by step details about my experience with the builder, sales staffs at traditions at crystal lakes and the entire team, its almost unbelievable. Id give 0 star I if I can.

The sale agent at the Loganville location is never there every time we try to see a home either if its the morning shell say oh Im on my way can you give me a hour the next time she said you can go see the lot across the street and Ill be there shortly This time (the last time) oh Im on lunch Ill be there soon. Maam i work just like you how are you all never there then when i asked her if she take lunch at the same time so i can have some clarity on why shes never there she said oh different times whenever i can get a break so youre just going to have to call and see if Im in the office. As a realtor and a data analyst you can tell that role isnt for her and thats okay she clearly got the job from knowing someone and thats okay but clearly working with the public isnt her strongest suite. Please do better
