This family-owned business has been in operation for 37 years! You can't go wrong.... Courteous booking staff, conscientious, fun pilots, and caring owners will do their best to ensure you have a wonderful time! One reviewer complained about being contacted 2 hours before to cancel the flight, but would he rather take the chance of flying in bad weather? Since weather can change from minute to minute, it's understandable to wait until absolutely sure before cancelling. Ppl need to grasp that providing helicopter rides is not a typical business. So, gotta trust the process! We did, and my daughters and I had a blast!! Great graduation gift. We recommend wholeheartedly!

Update: I like talking with Claire when I call in - not sure what that 1-star reviewer was even thinking! Probably just having a bad day herself....I always try to take a pause & rethink before jumping into a bad review that will hurt a small business. Anyway, my original review stands: Always helpful, courteous, and personable when I need information, both Andy and Claire! Pilots are the best. I know safety is their top priority and it's always a blast! Lived near PDK for many years and then in Dunwoody, and this family-run company has been an Atlanta gem for a very long time. Highly recommend!

The woman on the phone is very rude! I called before booking to confirm the meeting location for takeoff and the older woman who answered acted as if i was stupid. Unacceptable. You literally just lost a customer.
