Insurance company for who¿????? Wife has severe rheumatoid arthritis. Medication's are not cheap but I pay for them. My issue is with United healthcare Atlanta Georgia This company sent out a letter Nov.2021 that one of her medications would no longer be covered, which they were switching Ajovy . Contacted Dr which changed her prescription. Both times taking this has caused her severe nausea & other complications. Contacted Dr which they contacted insurance company to switch back to original Aimovig which was getting her RA numbers down. Pharmacy states medicine denied by United Healthcare. Terrible time in the United States when a doctor which has seen patient & has a medical plan which works but a insurance company which has a nurse that calls & goes over her issues. Then still cannot get medicine which has proven to work with my wife.

I have moved from DC to GA. I was just on the phone with yet another customer service rep who does not listen. Love the plan, hate talking to your customer service representatives.

This company is the worst of the worst. They have tried every trick in the book to not pay valid claims from saying I don’t live in their coverage area, even though I do, to sending a letter saying they won’t pay my Rx drug claims since I have coverage from Statefarm. Statefarm is my auto and homeowner’s insurance. They will not provide a mailing address or email address so that you have to spend HOURS on the phone telling them your zip code, only to receive another letter stating that you do not live in their coverage area. That took nearly three hours on the phone! Please write to your representatives at local state and federal levels demanding that these criminal organizations be terminated and replaced with coverage every American deserves.
