I found Greg online about 8 months ago when my previous repairman was unavailable. I am so very glad that I did. He has repaired and replaced rotten wood on my house, replaced damaged drywall inside the house, painted and repaired doors among other things. Greg recently completed some roof repairs and paint touch up at our home. Unlike several other folks I called, he quickly answered the phone and then was on site within a day. He arrived on time and did a great job, even fixing a few other small issues while he was on the roof. He clearly explained our options every step of the way. Greg did a great job fixing the leak on our roof. He also repaired and painted the ceiling. We are very happy with the final result.

Unprofessional in communications. Not reliable. Cancelled a time sensitive job because he said the job was too small compared to the amount of texting between us. I have never been told that I communicate too much by a contractor or handyman; I have owned and managed several rental properties for more than 20 years. Quotes from Greg's EXCESSIVELY long text message: "Every time I work for you, it's too many text messages for such small jobs." "This is really annoying, if you want to know the truth. There are plenty of other handymen in Atlanta." Isn't that ironic? The Oxford definition of Handyman - A person employed to do occasional domestic repairs and minor renovations. Be aware and proceed with caution on coordinating jobs with Greg because he may become dismissive if a bigger job proposition comes along. I know these days contractors and handymen have more job offers than they can accept; but if we have the smaller jobs, we should still be treated with professionalism and due consideration; since a handyman is usually tasked with small jobs. I whole heartedly recommend "swiping left" on Greg when choosing a handyman. Service: General repairs
