Walked in with no expectations and left with a Louis Vuitton bag that was NEW!!! Got such an amazing deal!!!! Tye’s customer service was A+, so sweet and knowledgeable about all the items I asked for, will definitely be back for more!!!!

This review is more on the HR/Corporate level.... Years ago, and this was probably 8 or 9 years ago.... I had an interview with two women who worked there. I knew the moment I walked in that I was not on their radar because of how nasty they were. The word I am looking for is ENTITLED. They cut me off mid sentence after I said that I do not look to pry into the personal lives of my coworkers and value a professional workspace. Immediately, I was told to leave. We could not even finish the interview, was not met with a thank you for coming out and the moment I got in the elevator I cried. I still feel pretty disgusted with this brand and this business. The level of unprofessionalism seems to now show in their online reviews. Despite how thankful I am to have not worked in such an environment, companies that treat employees and prospective employees with respect is important to me as a consumer...I hope things have changed, but this one bad taste in my mouth that hasn't left...and I get over everything...apparently not that day... (P.S. it was FREEZING (I am from Georgia so low thirties is a big deal), they sent me to the wrong address- being the store on Miami circle then- and not headquarters, I paid for parking and wasted all of that gas to be told sarcastically " Leave now, thanks" mid-interview with them literally laughing as the door closed behind me....comical because it sounds like a bit from a 90s teen movie lol)
