I did my hair transplant on October 8th 2020 for my front head.Dr. did not attend the operation. He did my anesthesia and he left. Two ladies did the hair transplant. After operation I did not had any follow up appointment. I did not have any instruction how to clean my head after the operation. They told me in 1 year I will get my hair. I got my hair my right side and on my left side I lost my hair. My experience was very poor and my hair transplant operation was not successful.

Fantastic experience. Admittedly I had quiet trepidation leading up to surgery day, the professionalism and confidence of the staff quickly allayed any apprehension . The procedure was easier than a visit to the dentist albeit longer in duration. The pre op meds worked as anticipated and local anesthesia was all that was required for a completely comfortable procedure. Breaks were given during the procedure. In fact a very nice lunch was brought in just for our visit. I was surprised how many of the nurses, assistants, and robotic staff was needed to complete all phases of the hair replacement procedure. Everyone seemed well trained and displayed great teamwork to complete ARTAS hair replacement process. The fee charged was well worth the cost. I had no idea how complicated and labor intensive the process would be. Dr Bob and his staff are great. In fact , I plan to return to have the crown portion of my head done after Christmas. Defiantly 5 stars for the entire team. And best of all my confidence has skyrocketed now that I have hair. Now I buy my shampoo and conditioner at Costco, in bulk 😂😂😂😂 Only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!
