Had the most UNGODLY experience at this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking customer service (period) and integrity.

Omg it was the worst experience Ive ever had very rude and unprofessional and this one lady was very rude and they said she is the owners daughter and she was very rude and awful customer service. I left there with my hair looking a mess Ill never be back DONT waste your money run!! Look at the picture I just posted thats how ratchet it is in there!

I met one of the best hair stylist this Saturday and her name is Ms. Zee. She is absolutely a wonderful, caring, funny & GODLY person. She installed the best Lace Closure (with a net for protection) that I've ever had. I normally get and pay extra for a circle braid down due to an old experience where it wasn't braided down flat in the back. She guaranteed that it would be perfect & she did not disappoint at all!! I was trying the Moreland location this Saturday because I was referred there by a Co-worker. However due to the cold weather & power outage this location was closed. So I went to the Decatur location which I had been to once or twice. Little did I know that the staff had moved from Moreland due to this issue to Decatur this day. It was a blessing that Ms. Zee just happened to do my hair. Like I told her, she now has another loyal customer and I will be going to the Moreland location as long as she is there. Thank you for being such a professional stylist that cares 100% about your clients, what they want, how they feel & ultimately how they leave your chair looking. See you soon for my maintenance (as you recommended) which will be my first time doing as well. Services: Hairstyling, Hair extensions
