        Pros: good school district, nice location (as far as being close to public transit rail station and commute wise being relatively very close to Midtown/Buckhead) Cons: is not gated when it really should be, the home size is on the smaller side for the price range, too close to the highway (some may see that as a good thing, but health-wise and noise-wise, I would beg to differ), area is so-so
