I will not be returning to this location ever again! While I did see some nice clothing items the ladies in charge of the store were very rude and racist; one of them had long blonde hair and the other had brunette hair. When I entered the store neither of the clerks bothered to say hi to me but when two snooty white girls walk-in they are welcomed with open arms. In addition, I was not even in the dressing room for two minutes until one of the clerks came by nearly opening up the curtain when I was undressed to 'make sure everything was alright' as she put it; more like let me make sure you are not stealing anything when there were other women in the dressing rooms next to mine. None of the other ladies in the store were treated with such disdain as I was considering I was the only person of color in their store. I will not be returning to this business and whoever is the owner or store manager needs to find new employees or close this location. This is just my personal experience.

A few weeks ago, I went into Festivity looking for new items for my wardrobe. Although they had some cute items, they were more so fit for a young 20 something that enjoys "southern fashion." I am not normally deceived by looks as it can be oh so superficial, but my service received put that visual into concrete confirmation as being so. I was upset and shocked to hear the one bleach blonde heavy set retail worker making fun of a few of the customers in the store at what they were wearing as if she had any reason herself to insult another. Her sidekick, the long haired brunette, just giggled along fueling her behavior. They were both doing so as if the customers had no sense of hearing. As I am aware this comes from insecurities in women or in this case girls, I was surprised to hear and see it from two girls that were left running the store. All the while, the manager was in the back arranging items but seemed to ignore their behavior which was odd. This alone gives me reason to not come back or suggest this store to anyone.
