Placed an order for same-day delivery 4-1-24 somehow the location suggested for my delivery by the website is actually closed down and its a different location getting the orders, still I was reassured that the order would be delivered by the store but could not be given a timeframe which was OK. The order was never delivered, and out of the 50 calls made to the store zero have been answered not even the corporate number has a human that you can talk to. Worst company ever!!

The arrangement that I ordered took 2 hours to be delivered from the store to the designated location, which was only supposed have taken 25 minutes, so I was dissatisfied with how long it took to receive the order & the fruit wasn't as fresh

Placed an order as to which I never received a confirmation email regarding that order was given an option to select a delivery time as to which I chose 12 oclock noon. Call the store that the order was routed to at 12 oclock noon and ask if the order was in route to be delivered, I was told that they do not have preset delivery times. I then asked if that is the case why is there an option to select a delivery time as to which the representative said she couldnt help me out with that and I would have to call corporate. Called the corporate number three times and was routed back to the store in Parker Colorado. This will be the last time I ever use edible arrangements.

My delivery was supposed to happen on February 13th. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails and so did the recipient. There was no contact at all from the Westminster California location. They finally delivered it after waiting several days. I will never use this location ever again. Even had to file a complaint with the corporate office.
