OGD has been responsive and quickly sent someone to our house both times we needed them. They are organized and able to give effective feedback. They have fixed two problems easily. They are expensive, but professional and worth it in my opinion.

We were overcharged for the total cost of the installation of our garage door opener. Though satisfied with the installation, no refund of the overcharged amount has been received. Since the installation, which is nearing 2 weeks ago, I have contacted OGD 5 times. Each day I have been told that the account shows that we should not have been charged the service fee and someone from customer service will give me a call back to begin the refund process. On the 3rd call I made I was transferred to and spoke with a customer service representative. She informed me that I will be receiving an email for me to indicate if I want the refund by check or the original form of payment. She then informed me that if I did not receive the email by the following day to call back. I called back the next day and was not greeted with a hello but greeted with confirmation of who I was assumingly based upon the recognition of my telephone number. I was told again that I need to speak to customer service, and she was out to lunch at the moment, and he would have her call me back. I told the person on the phone that I need her (customer service) to process the refund and it can be returned to my credit card. Five more days have passed, and I have not received any communication from OGD. I called again today, and greeted, not with hello, but with confirm of who I was and informed that I need to speak with the service coordinator for a refund and no one would be back in the office for another 2-3 days. Again, I was told that a service coordinator/customer service will give me a call back. I inquired on another telephone number or someone else I could speak with to escalate this matter for resolve and I was informed that the telephone number that I have already called is the correct number. The quality of service post payment, is not of equal standards to the service that was received as a potential new customer.
