        All broken frames has been really great. They were sent through our warranty company and he was so responsive and open about what was needed. The warranty company has been a nightmare and All Broken Frames even helped us out by calling them repeatedly on our behalf. I would honestly hire them again even without the warranty company.

        Terrible customer service. They were assigned by my warranty company to fix my garage door. They scheduled with me a week out as their earliest time. They gave me a 4 hour window on a Monday between 1-5pm. The company was a no call no show. I tried several times to contact them directly and they never pick up. AVOID AVOID AVOID

        TERRIBLE!!! My warranty company and myself have paid this company to fix my dryer on 9/14/19. To this day no one has contacted me about coming to fix my dryer.It is very hard to reach anyone by phone, when I finally get someone on the phone I am told they will call me back in 15mins. I have been waiting on a return call for a month now and still I have to go to the laundry mat to dry my clothes. Therefor I am out of more money.!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

      image TERRIBLE!!! My warranty company and myself have paid this company to fix my dryer on 9/14/19.
