There was no way to ask for sauce and the food came out of a locker with no way to request sauce. No people to ask for sauce from. No horsey sauce. No arby sauce. Pointless waste.

this location is not a stand-alone arbys; its an alliance kitchen. they have several restaurants combined in one kitchen, and you have to order through the app when you get there. i wish it were noted on google maps and apple maps as an alliance kitchen because i couldve gone somewhere else. the order took the usual time, but several of my items were messed up. please know that they dont have all of the items on the menu. they apologized for that and attempted a refund. the fries were a mixture of burnt arbys and buffalo wild wings fries. i guess they ran out and had to mix them up.
