Dr V has fundamentally changed my relationship with exercise and fitness. Im in my 40s and new to weight training. The idea of learning at this point in my life was intimidating, but Vs medical background and candid, friendly demeanor quickly set me at ease. Ive been working out with him 3 days a week for about 7 months and my overall fitness and confidence have consistently increased. Im stronger now than Ive ever been. Dont overthink it. The sooner you start your journey, the sooner youll see results.

V is an incredible human first. Thats the difference between him and other trainers. His guidance has helped me more than any other routine Ive done. As a vegan, he worked with me to understand my protein consumption for optimal results. I highly recommend him and his approach.

V is an excellent trainer and a great person. Having spent years in the weight room without making material progress, I could not be happier with the results I've achieved under V's careful guidance over the past 2 years. With his medical background and refusal to entertain fitness industry gimmicks, he takes a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to training that I appreciate. V is highly intelligent, reliable, and cares a lot. Needless to say, at this point he is also my close friend. I enthusiastically recommend V without reservation.

V is the best trainer Ive ever had. He knows how to get me as strong as possible in the shortest amount of time. Im shocked how much progress Ive made in such a short amount of time. Injuries are why Ive had to stop lifting in the past. V shows me how to lift so I will not injure myself. Finally, I see strength training as a long term exercise since V is teach the correct methods for lifting.
