No follow up talks to clients as if clients are children .....getting your words out and expressing your feelings very unacceptable due to the shutdown immediately ....voice is not to be heard and feeling like you the client is not really a criminal or someone that breaks the law .....just a $ ......really disappointed that i was bait in as a client and as time went on the dedication in the beginning became less and less ...closer to the date of a withdrawal was submitted....which is fine i rather have someone represent me even with differences or not common thinking giving up.....not a team i want to represent me anyway ..... If a miscommunication or the passion from said client was misconstrue as negative combativeness then that is sad because no one going through something that regarding their children will ever be a easy to deal with period ....nothing negative said here just real emotions poured out for a better understanding if it was not understood the first time ..... Blessings to all and families included ....

My experience with Attorney Douglas office was awesome. She was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced. She stayed on top of the court and kept me in the loop throughout my entire case. In the end, I was victorious thanks to her. I would recommend her to anyone!

I contacted the Douglas Law Group after hearing an add the radio. I typically would not use an attorney or any service I hear on the radio. However, the advertisement spoke about real life cases in which one was a circumstance I was going through a the time. I called and made an appointment for a consultation. The feedback from the consultation was extremely encouraging. She was on time and actually was familiar with my name and circumstance that I discussed when making the appointment. The attention and personal service gave me a comforting feeling. I knew right away I wanted to retain her and I am glad I did. The outcome was more than fair and reasonable. Overall great service, Outstanding representation and Excellent competency.

Not only we lost our case she also never refund remaining balance from deposit what I've made!!! It was over $1300.-!!!! Be aware of this woman!!!
