      Ms. Morales, can you please explain why you would provide a rating such as this without ever speaking with me about any legal matter? I don't know who you are, or what legal matter you have. I did, however, see, on your profile, that you have done this same thing to at least 10 other professionals, also without explanation. It is as if you have been hired by my competition to sabotage other professionals.

      Abby, while I have represented your mother, and your sister, in other matters, and they both seemed satisfied with the results, you have never asked me to represent you unless your mother had agreed to pay my fees. Why would you give me a negative rating for that, when it was your mother who decided not to pay your legal fees?
