I live in the area, and pass this store all the time. I decided to stop in prior to a trip, and am really glad that I did. I was welcomed warmly by Pablo, a fairly new optometrist at this location. I explained to him that I actually had a few pair of sunglasses I loved (brands they also carry), but that I was not able to wear them due to some "gentle wear & tear" they had succumb to over the time of having them. Pablo graciously told me to bring them in so he could examine them closer. I did bring them, along with a pair of my girlfriend's glasses that were also out of whack. Pablo inspected each pair, and advised me on a couple of my pair on how to deal directly with the manufacturer in a very easy way to get the issues resolved at little or no cost. He also took my girlfriend's glasses into the back & fixed the issue she was having with them, which turned out to be a fairly simple fix for someone who knows how to work with glasses. All of this without ever purchasing a pair of glasses from this location, and all free of charge. This level of service caused me to WANT to be a customer of Pablo's, so I purchased a couple of small accessories to use during my travels. I will also make sure to shop at this store the next time I need a new pair of glasses, and will make sure to tell others of this very positive experience. I feel the level of customer service provided was beyond expectations, and has earned me as a customer. Thanks, Pablo!

I've been shopping around for frames in the area and found a pair that I like at this location. Unfortunately, I saw a similar frame at a different business that I liked as well. When I called this location to get information on the model number of the frame I liked to determine if it was the same at a different business location, I was told that they do not provide that information over the phone and hung up in my face. I only asked to be sure it wasn't the same frame and to help me make my decision. This is extremely poor customer service and very rude. Your policy may be what it is but it is unacceptable to treat customers this way. I will not be patronizing this establishment and suggest others to go to another Eye Gallery location. Good day!

This is a small chain of eye wear stores that have newer selection of glasses then what you would see in lenscrafters stores. They also don't take all insurances BUT they do offer insurance rates for their selection of glasses, this is for the stores in GA at least.

My new Optometrist is amazing. Not only did she see both my wife and I at the same time, she also helped us with our marriage! She gave us some great tips as a newly wed couple that she's learned from over a decade of experience with her husband. Simply stated, love each other and give one another space when necessary. In addition to the marital advice we also received wonderful tips and information on contact removal; when to wear glasses; and information on re-ordering contacts. Our glasses and contacts consultant was helpful in finding great frames that fit our faces and personalities. Once they were ordered we received calls within 10 days for the pick up and they were just what we asked for and selected. I am now officially a fan and customer of "The Eye Gallery & Artful Eye".
