Should have read these reviews before doing business with. Bought 2 tickets to Nascar Watkins Glen '20 All Access Travel Package for a driver that works for our company and a guest of his choosing, to celebrate his 20 yr anniversary working with us. The ordering experience was overall decent, BUT due to Covid this event had been changed. I checked in to see about a refund and we are being told "sorry, no refunds are available. please see other venues". This is upsetting because the driver is no longer interested in going to large crowd events. Looking back, I wish we would have never done business with these folks. They are referring us to fine print in their contract that states no refunds. Would not do business with again.

Absolutely 10000% stay away. Complete and utter scam artists. Cannot stress how much you need to avoid these scammers. They will tell you everything you want to hear and NEVER deliver.

You guys in the shipping department totally fail at your job. I got absolutely no communication about when my package shipped. Lucky for me I was out of town for a week and missed all attempted deliveries. The package was then “returned” but lost! I’ve noticed a common denominator with complaints about shipping with this company, maybe something needs to be done with management! I will never use PrimeSport again and I DO NOT recommend them.
