UPDATE: Gary called me Nov 17th (Day after My Father-In-Law's Funeral) after my review, and talked almost an hour. Gary "Promised Me a Resolution" of which He Has Not Honored Yet!  I spoke to Robert over a week ago and put an email in to them.Today is Dec 13, 2022, NO RESOLUTION AS OF TODAYFinally a Resolution. January 3 , 2023 Called estatesales.net and complained about this seller 12-28-2022. They sent him an email, and his employee called to resolve the issue today!

I hired Peachtree Bennett to conduct an estate sale for me. There were numerous disputes regarding the sale and numerous items in my home that were not for sale were stolen. Peachtree Bennett in an email agreed to settle with me to compensate for the stolen items. They even knew who stole them but could not get the items back. I called and called them for two months and they would never return my calls. Even though I have a document where they agreed to pay me, they  never paid the settlement amount. While their staff is very nice, the way they conduct business is meant to take advantage of the seller. There are many more companies out there to choose from. Be sure you get in writing everything that they will do and not do. Don 't sign their standard contract without writing in exactly what you want with reserve amounts. Two of the main items that I wanted sold they did not even publish for sale because of an internal miscommunication. The dishonesty in agreeing to pay me and then failing to honor their agreement was the worst part.
