Midwest Truck

I purchased an engine on October 3, 2022 and I was told 3-5 business daysdelivery with free shipping. Since the mechanic dosen't have a lift to removethe engine off the road truck I paid $150 to deliver at my house. I looked inmy back account and was charged an additional $175 without my consent.The engine will not arrive until October 17, 2022.  I requested a creditof $175 back to my bank account and as of this review being written I stilldo not have the refund. I could of purchased an engine from any other companies but I chose Midwest Auto. What a  huge mistake. Every day I senda text asking for a tracking number and why I was told the refund is beingsent back. After 6 requests I do not have the tracking number I was given a tracking number that was assigned to a package that was delivered onAugust 3, 2002. Living in Texas and Midwest Auto in Atlanta I do not havevery much power to get things done. My personal note. Please bemindful when you purchase any parts that need to be delivered.If anyone has had a problem in the past, please send an email [email protected] for reading.
