I dropped some pillows and clothing items off on Monday 12/05 to be cleaned. The items were promised to be ready after 5pm on 12/10. I came right at 5pm and the pillows were not ready. When I asked the clerk why they werent ready, she didnt answer me. When I pressed to find out why they werent ready as promised, the clerk picked up her cordless phone and THREW it across the room. She tried to play it off a minute or so later by picking up the phone and moving it. I told her that she seemed frustrated by my asking why the items werent ready, and that was poor customer service what she did. She didnt apologize or own what she did, but kind of said yes, I know. I have to Come back for my pillows but I will NOT be coming back to this business and advise you to STAY AWAY because items will not be ready on time and the clerk will throw an adult tantrum if you ask her why.
