Jacob looks after my cats when I’m gone and he does a great job, the cats love when he comes to visit! His updates are detailed and he takes great pictures each time he visits. He’s also very responsive and reliable. When I had to leave for a family emergency he was willing to check in on the cats for me at the last minute.

Jacob is a gem. He’s a kind, caring, reliable, responsive and professional animal lover who we are so lucky to have met! My little tripod had a traumatic past and Jacob has been so patient with him. Now I get videos and pictures of him begging Jacob for more cuddles which always makes my work day better! And there’s not a price you can put on knowing you can rely 100% on someone to take care of your dog when you can’t be there. Jacob is that person.

I've used Jacob and Kyle for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Our dog Freddy absolutely loves both of them runs to the door every time he hears something thinking that they are coming for his walks. I used them even through the lock downs of 2020 and they were so professional and always super responsive. Happy customer!

My dogs love seeing Jacob and Kyle at Crate escape! They are old dogs adjusting to a new lifestyle and these guys have been a great asset! We could not have done it without Crate Escape!
