If I could give Mark, Robin, and the pet sitters whom I've used a 10, I would. This company has truly been a blessing to my life. I initially was recommended to them by a rival pet sitting company. They must be THAT good if a rival company is providing referrals to them! Mark and Robin have been nothing less than just an overall joy to deal with. They're always willing to answer my questions, and have done wonders to relieve any anxieties I've had concerning using a pet sitter. Additionally, the sitters who I have used have been friendly, responsible, and excellent communicators, always letting me know how my pets are doing while I'm away. They truly have loved my pets as if they were their very own. I highly recommend Buckhead Paws, hands down. :)

I have a senior dog who I can’t board anymore. I really wanted a pet sitting service that had the staff to cover my needs. If a sitter backed out or I had to be gone longer than planned, I didn’t want to have to scramble to find another sitter. The second time I used their service I planned to be away for a week over Christmas. Because of a family situation, I had to stay on through the new year. Robin and Mark came through for me and made arrangements to have my sweet girl taken care of, even though it was an extremely busy season for them. She is very high maintenance (my fault) and is on four different medications. She received wonderful loving care from the three different sitters she’s had so far. They communicated well with me, either with a question, a photo, or just a commentary on how she was doing. I really wish I had used Buckhead Paws a long time ago rather than a boarding service. It is much easier on the pet when they can stay in their own environment.

My boxer Finley loves everyone from Buckhead Paws who has come to the house. Candice, who comes multiple times a week, is wonderful and an important part of our week.

We were highly satisfied with the services of Buckhead Paws. Our sitter gave us daily, exhaustive updates as well as pictures of our cats. Apart from the usual litter and food services, Steven also made extra efforts to provide mental stimulation for both cats. One of our cats has separation anxiety and we often used to come back from holidays to an untidy house and scratched furniture. But not this time! Great service, highly recommend Steven for cat-sitting!
