My husband made an appointment with this practice as a new patient. The same day his appointment was scheduled they called to cancel saying there was a scheduling error. They rescheduled. Well today is the new appointment day and they called again to cancel! This is so unprofessional and absolutely not ok. He has been out of his blood pressure medication for a month now and the woman on the phone did not care. After explaining to her that he really needed to be seen today she said there was no one available and then didnt even offer to reschedule! We are EXTREMELY disappointed in this experience with Piedmont.
