Dr. Charlene Johnson is unprofessional and you’ll be lucky if you’re able to schedule a appointment. She is rarely in the office and when she is available she doesn’t take the time to hear what you have to say, she’ll talk over you, and she lacks bedside manners. I strongly suggest looking else where parents.

They are so unprofessional & do not pick up the phone. All I need are shot records for my daughter to get into school & they have no picked up the phone at all. They open at 9am. It is now 1pm. I still haven’t had anyone pick up the phone not once!!!!!! I should’ve never brought my child here in the 1st place. Worst DR office ever.

The worst I'm so happy I've moved, but I cant get anyone to answer during normal business hours and I just got off the phone with the after hours answering service, why when it's during normal business hours. You wonder why people leave such ugly reviews because of how this office conducts business. Will never, take my kids back nor recommend anyone taking their kids. Not to mention the wait once you're there, what's the purpose for making an appointment if you're waiting forever. Well I only want my children records and it seems to be like pulling teeth.
