I bought a scratch and dent front loading washer three years ago. It's still running! I ordered a handle for the door from the manufacture and cleaned the glass. No warranty if you take it on yourself, but but they will run the product for you while you're there

I bought a refrigerator from them and a few days after it was delivered we started hearing a knocking noise coming from it. I call them and they said since it was already delivered and they had no way of knowing what we had done to it they would not return or repair it. They did say that we could upgrade to a more expensive refrigerator and they would swap it out. We should have known something was sketchy then, but they seemed like nice enough people. The teenagers that ran the front counter when we went to purchase it were obviously the owner's children and we figured a family business like that was probably okay. Several months later and the freezer won't cool anymore. The repair man comes out and says the compressor is broken and has been leaking freon since we got it. The repair would be $900.00 (more than we paid for the fridge originally). He also said he knew for a fact that it was broken when we bought it because he could see where they rigged it so it would work for the few months we had it before we figured out it was no good. You live and you learn, I guess. We aren't looking to get our money back or return it, but would very much like to stop others from making the same mistake we did. It's awful that businesses make money out of cheating others. BUYER BEWARE!!!
