While at Invista, I worked with THRIVE on several research projects. THRIVE helped us to uncover pain points in the shopping and selection process for carpet and hardwood flooring. The insights into what consumers need when choosing flooring helped us to improve the customer experience. They are extremely collaborative and use a proven process to ensure everyones buy in. Whenever we had an idea, I could depend on them to assess it and, if they thought it would work, recommend how they could implement it. Always engaged and accessible, THRIVE is an ideal partner.

THRIVE is the most holistic product design consulting firm Ive ever worked with. When I was the Director of Retail and Kitchen Design at McDonalds, THRIVE helped us develop the next generation bar beverage strategy in partnership with The Coca-Cola Company. They are incredible innovators with an assuring and transparent process, setting clear expectations with powerful deliverables. Fantastic and fun with no egos to get in the way. They expertly engaged multiple stakeholders within both companies who each had their own priorities. Ive worked with THRIVE for more than a decade. Their designers and engineers are exceptionally creative and trustworthy and always deliver what they promise. THRIVE helped us develop a novel drug delivery system, the SCS Microinjector, for the FDA-approved drug Xipere. To ensure it would be used properly, THRIVE created a training kit for physicians.
