        this isn't coming from a patient, but a staff opinion- dr. pumphrey is a good dentist, but crazy. he doesn't follow sterilization procedures and he's physically abusive to staff members. the equipment is old and unkempt. there's no permanent clinical staff members. there's no one to keep him accountable for the state of the office or the way he practices.
