        It's disheartening to experience the consistently rude demeanor of the staff at this Sephora. Despite my intention to make purchases, their hostility pushes me to shop online. My sister, who is going through a difficult period, was also subjected to their discourtesy during our visit, casting a shadow over what was meant to be a pleasant sisterly outing.
