Reached out to them asking how I could fix a Sharpie Fine Point Marker with a busted tip. It's a relatively new marker so I was really bummed it would no longer function and was hoping the tip could be replaced. Apparently there's no fix as they just shipped me 3 markers. Was super surprised but happy with the outcome. Thank you Newell!

Paid top dollar for their new SHARPIE PRO JUMBO CHISEL marker. it sucks! Its real hard to take off the cap and when you do get it off, the inside cover gets dislodged from the cap and gets stuck on the marker tip. Not only that but its stinks real bad and the ink comes out as brown and sometimes transparent! GO WITH ULINE S-14356 JUMBO PALLET MARKERS. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When are you going to change or fix the marker covers? I carry this marker in my pocket to label pallets, and the sealing insert inside the cover keeps pulling out, why not engineer a flange so it locks inside. Then I don't have to color my fingers after pulling the stuck part off the tip! Marker great! Covers need some work...

With regards to Calphalon LIFETIME WARRANTY be prepared to wait what is for me almost 4 months. I just called customer service and was transfered to a voice mail. I complied with pictures and an extensive survey of the use of the pans in November 2021and several emails with questions after that. Very poor customer service.
