Sprint Corporate Office

After several instances of receiving horrible customer service I left after 20 + years. I paid my bill in full and went to another cell carrier. SPRINT is STILL charging me for my old account and charging late fees each month. I tried calling customer service at the 888.211.4727 and Neil said I could not talk to a supervisor that he was the Best I was going to get and he would not be transferring me to a manager or a supervisor. I explained my circumstances 4 or 5 x and he said I owed an unpaid balance from January 2022. Luckily I have every bill and every payment that was made on my old account, and I know for a fact he is lying. Unfortunately since he refuses to allow me to speak with a supervisor or manager I am not able to get these erroneous charges removed so I will be contacting my lawyer. Do NOT do business with these people. They have terrible customer service and their prices are very high. Their towers are terrible too and your calls will drop often or you will get a message that says; no service even though your bill is fully paid up. I don't know what is going on but they have a SERIOUS issue on charging people after they have long gone from their cell service.

Very poor customer service and resolving problems. I could go on and on about the issue, but from a long loyal Nextel-Sprint-T-Mobile customer do not ever buy a phone over the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile. If you ever want to try this company do everything through the store. I will be switching to another carrier in the near future as I will never do business again with Sprint/T-Mobile.

Horrible customer service! I had a business account 2 years ago, when I left I paid my bill in full. I am trying to get financing for my business when I notice Sprint has a delinquency on my business credit report. I have called and spoke with 3 people. Everyone verified I do not have a balance, I asked to speak with whoever is responsible for reporting to the business credit bureau. The customer service representative kept repeating herself and finally I said I understand there is a zero balance, you have said that 3 times. I asked again who do I need to speak with to get this off of my business credit report. She got an attitude, asked me to hold, and then hung up after I have been on the phone for 45 minutes. I am trying to get in contact with corporate with no success. This is the worse!

The service is good, customer service is the worse. Lack of training, I called sprint recently the rep couldn't talk to me because she was getting her feet tickle by another rep.all I can do is SMH yes!! That's what she said to mE Her Id # YL980678, thats crazy. thanshe hang up on me after I ask her to be more professional. I've been with sprint for 10 yrs , an this is the B.S customers come across. Imature reps, 30 -60 min holds, repeating yourself to several departments to get help.NO CALL backs etc.. but they want that bill paid
