Chick-fil-A of Wilkes County has adopted no masks required of their employees. Considering, our county is one of the highest risk in our state this is hard to understand. If Chick-fil-A really is a restaurant that cares, I should think they would reconsider their decision. Until then I, nor, any of family members and friends, will support this location in Wilkes.

Your coffee is too small. I stopped getting breakfast at Chick-fil-A just because I have to go somewhere else to get a human sized coffee

I had two horrible experiences with Chick fil A and their delivery service and customer service at jimmy Carter Blvd, norcross GA. To make a long story short, my delivery orders kept being delivered with no fries, this happened on two consecutive orders, and was never made right. The first attempt to make it right, got me old and cold fries delivered 45 minutes later. The second attempt got my food delivered to me in hand, no bag or anything!!!! Needless to say that got thrown away. I spoke with a manager about my $26.08 transaction that I was very dissatisfied about considering my husband only got to eat a chicken sandwich and I spent almost 30$. Tim, “the manager”, told me to come to the drive through and they would refund me. I advised him it would be a couple of days before I’m able to do that and he reassured me it would be ok and documented. Apparently that was a lie. I sent my husband 2 days after being told to come for the refund and he was given the hardest time. They wanted to give us our new order for free which was only 16, 17$. Unacceptable. Of course, I’m on the phone the entire time listening to this interaction explaining that Tim told us we could be refunded. I had the order number in my app and everything needed to show proof of my purchase. The ladies (managers) wanted to do what THEY saw fit, ( Tim was not in), they refused to abide by what their manager told me, refused to make the situation right, refused to refund me my money and therefore losing not one customer but I have also told all of my friends and family. Dear CFA, to pride yourself on outstanding customer service it has to be standard. It cannot vary by location. I was forced to pay for food I didn’t receive, lied to and humiliated. I have not received a call back from the call I made to Chick-fil-A cares nor from Tim from that restaurant. Does Chick-fil-A really care? Sure doesn’t feel like it.
