When did HD become so sloppy? EVERY A/C unit that has been delivered is damaged! One to the point feon is leaking out of it!! HD you guys have got to do better!

I have been trying since 9/04/2021 to get them to ship my order.When I go online to check the order status it shows it has been received.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER!!!I have contacted them on 4 different occasions an have gotten nothing but excuses and a runaround.This is an in stock item and there should not be a problem.They have promised to resolve the problem and get back to me by Email or phone but I have not as yet heard from them.A very frustrating situation.What a sorry way to treat a paying customer.
