KEDPLASMA Corporate (No donations at this location)

Hi I’ve donated 4 times with yall as I’m a new donor. I’ve had SOOO many issues and this last from Friday has truly topped the icing on the cake. I was told Monday that I could come back Wednesday bc I never went Saturday after my Thursday donation the week before. Well I came back and was told to come Friday bc yall were closed for Thanksgiving I left crying bc that money was my gas and my money to turn my power back on as im kinda broke and needing the extra funds. I come Friday and am being told yall lost mine and several others donation plasma from this first times. Im now in the dark in my place no power bc again I couldn’t donate and had no gas either. I have no help from anyone bc im alone and have no family to help me. My mom passed when I was 16 and my family kinda just doesn’t care for me after she passed. I was in and out of ERS the last few months bc I have kidney issues I learned bout and lost my job from it. So I thought being a new donor can atleast help me try to put stuff towards some of my bills. I feel like I deserve some compensation bc now I’m not even gonna make it to keep being a new donor after donating and waiting to be able to even return and I’m so upset bc it’s like everyone doesn’t really know what they are talking bout and I always get told the wrong things it’s happened 3 times everytime and I get stuck and have to go beg for money at a gas station like I’m crazy bc I get stuck when being told the wrong info. I live like and hour and sometimes a half away but I came to yall bc I thought yall would be good after being referred to you. I have never been so upset in my life and still don’t have money to turn my power on until I get paid from my new job in like 2-3 weeks. I’m struggling and it’s like everyone there didn’t really care or feel bad. Don’t go here unless you make sure you can actually handle feeling stuck and upset.

The employees are wonderful people but way understaffed. The waiting area is filled to capacity with more people standing waiting just to get vital checks with Only one person doing them. Total time spent here is a minimum of 4 hours.
