Huddle House Support Center

The only reason they get a one star is, because it didn't go any lower. We stopped at the Huddle House in Fort Payne, AL for breakfast. We arrived around 8:30 AM and didn't leave until 10:15 AM. The waitress came and took our drink orders; she brought my chocolate milk and water and it took 15 minutes to bring my husband's orange juice to the table. She took our order and it took about an hour for it to be brought to our table by that time it was cold and was not worth the $32.00 that we paid for it. I will never eat at another Huddle House again. Very disappointed Hundle House.

I am curious, I tried to call corporate but got no answer. Is it standard for Huddle House to have their employees bring in $30 of their own money to make change for the customers? If not, someone needs to get with the Wetumpka, AL location because they are telling new hires that they need to do thiis.

The Huddle House in Enterprise Alabama is very unorganized. #1, It took about 45 minutes to get our food order taken. No pen or pencil in hand, nor paper to write 3 orders. Our food was brought to our table 1 hour 10 mins later. I had originally ordered 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. What was put before me was 2 eggs sunny side up. They did take it back to correct it but even though my eggs were scrambled, there was No cheese. Again they offered to correct my order, but my family had already finished eating, So I declined and ask them to just remove the order from the ticket, Which my granddaughter paid for any way. They wouldn't remove it. I did go back once more with my family. I only ordered fries and orange juice. However I did notice that no order's were being written down. People do not have robotic brains. Therefore some can't remember 1 menu order let alone 3 or 6 orders. Unacceptable!

Huddle house in Russellville, Alabama. My Dad and I dined in, ordered strawberry and cream pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon each. The waitress was awesome. Problem was that it took an hour for our food to arrive and when it did it was cold. The waitress asked if we wanted them to cook fresh hot food. We declined as that is how we were supposed to receive our original order. So I asked for a discount but Jose the night manager who didn't see fit to come see us told the waitress he doesn't do discounts. My response was that he needed to better manage his store. and do something about the
