This company does not care about the people who use their services. They have multiple apps for financing that dont work & havent worked for YEARS. I dont understand why Walmart does business with them. But then again Walmart doesnt care about its employees either.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Added charges to my account 6 months after it had already been closed. I tried to get it resolved and spent 2 hours on the phone and they transferred me 6 separate times to various departments. No one knew what was going on or could point me in the right direction and everyone was exceedingly difficult to understand.

Stay Awayyyyy!!!! How is this company still in business. Biggest fraud I have ever dealt with in my life. Why has the Better Business Buruea not shut them down. They will send you around to different departments that will not help. Absolutely terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will scam you out of your money. They will add charges to your account that they have resolved and then try to make you pay the amount of the resolved issue. And if for any reason you dont need their services, due to a slow down or temporary closure, SHUT THAT ACCOUNT DOWN ASAP!! If you are like me and had no idea that business would slow down a snails pace for three years (while still holding on to the hope that thing will pick up any day now), then close your account and restart when things pick back up. They will refuse to close your account if you have anything that they have sent to collections. AND IT FEES PLUS CHARGES EILL PILE UP WITHOUT YOU RVEN KNOWING IT AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR SERVICES. SO YOUR BILL WILL DANG NEAR TRIPLE BY THE TIME YOU CATCH ON TO IT OR HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PAY THE COLLECTIONS THAT THEY HAVE INCREASED.
